1. All payments are to be made in advance by the Licensee.
被許可人須事先支付所有款項。
2. Goods are stored at the Licensee’s own risk. The Licensee should take out insurance cover as needed.
儲存物品的儲存風險由被許可人獨自承擔。被許可人應考慮取得保險承保。
3. Licensor is not liable for the loss of any goods stored in its premises.
許可人並不就在其處所存存放的任何儲存物品損失負責。
4. The Licensee must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.
被許可人不得存放危險品、有害物品、非法物品、失物、容易腐爛、對環境有害的物品或爆炸品。
5. The facility will only be accessible during set access hours as posted by the Licensor.
本設施將只可在許可人公佈的開放時間出入。
6. A 14 days prior written notice must be given for termination of this Agreement
如要終止本協議，必須給予14天通知。
7. The Licensee must notify the Licensor of all changes of address, email, or phone number within 48 hours of any such changes.
被許可人更改任何聯絡方式，如地址、電郵及聯絡電話號碼都必須在變更後的48小時內通知許可人。
8. If Storage Fee are overdue by 30 days and after two late payment notices, the Licensor may, without further notice and as permitted by law, forcibly enter the Storage Unit, retain the Security Deposit, and/or sell the goods. Upon entry, all title to the Goods transfers to the Licensor.
若儲存費用逾期未繳達30天且經兩次催繳通知後仍未支付，許可人得依法定權限，無須另行通知即強制進入儲存單位，扣留保證金及／或出售物品。進入儲存單位後，貨物所有權即轉移予許可人。
9. If the Licensee fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor shall be entitled to forfeiture of your Security Deposit and the right to seize, sell and dispose of the Licensee’s goods.
如被許可人未能遵從本協議條款及細則，許可人將有權沒收閣下的按金，以及扣押、出售及/或處置被許可人儲存物品。
10. Licensor has the right to refuse the Licensee’s access if any fees are not paid on time.
如有任何費用未獲及時支付，許可人有權拒絕被許可人出入本設施。
11. Licensor has the right to enter the Licensee’s unit in certain circumstances。
在若干情況下，許可人有權進入被許可人之儲存單位。
12. If any payment remains unpaid after its due date, the Licensor shall be entitled to overlock the Licensee’s Storage Unit.
如有任何費用於到期後尚未支付，許可人有權鎖上被許可人之儲存單位。
13. As a condition for receiving rent-free incentives and storage fee discounts, the Licensee must provide and maintain a payment method acceptable to the Licensor that enables the timely and automatic deduction of Storage Fee and other related fees. Should the Licensee fail to do so, the Licensor is entitled to revoke all such incentives and discounts immediately.
作為獲取免租優惠及儲存費用折扣之條件，被許可人必須提供及維持一種許可人接受之付款方式，以確保儲存費用能準時自動扣除。倘若被許可人未能履行，許可人有權立即撤銷所有優惠及折扣。
14. Licensee may not use the Security Deposit to offset Storage Fee. Prepaid storage fees, except Security Deposit, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
被許可人不可將按金用作抵銷儲存費之用。除按金外，已預繳之儲存費均不作退款。
