Autopay Authorization 自動轉賬授權書

I hereby authorize RESTORE to make recurring charges on my registered credit card / bank account for Storage Fees and any other applicable charges payable by me.
本人特此授權 RESTORE 對我登記的信用卡／銀行帳戶定期扣款，用以支付儲存費及我應付的其他相關費用。

I also agree that RESTORE will not provide further prior notification of these charges unless the monthly chargeable amount changes in which case RESTORE will notify me not less than 14 days before payment for the new amount is charged, where I shall have the option to terminate this Agreement with a 14-day written notice.本人亦同意，除非每月應收取的金額有所變動，否則RESTORE將不會就相關收費作出進一步的事前通知。倘若金額有所變動，RESTORE將於新金額被扣款前不少於14天通知我，而我將有權選擇於14天前以書面通知方式終止本協議。

If the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the charge may be made on the following business day.
如扣數日為周末或假期，本人明白扣數將於下一個工作日進行。

I agree to inform and update RESTORE of any changes to my credit card / bank account details at least 14 days before the next scheduled payment date.
如本人之信用卡/銀行戶口資料有所變動，本人同意於下一個扣數日前至少14天通知 RESTORE 並更新相關資料。

I understand RESTORE shall be entitled to charge me applicable late admin fees if any payments are overdue for more than 10 days due to any reasons including but not limited to any issues with my credit card/FPS account including but not limited to credit limit/insufficient funds, credit card expiration/cancellation, and/or any other bank settings.
本人明白，如由於任何原因，包括但不限於任何信用卡/轉數快帳戶的問題，包括但不限於信用額/存款不足，信用卡過期/取消，及/或任何其他銀行設定，而令任何費用遲繳超過10天以上，RESTORE 將有權向本人收取遲繳行玫費用。

In the event of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of this form, the English version shall prevail.
如本表格中英文版之間有所不一，以英文版本為準。
