Easy and smooth experience once you've found your unit. Began with asking for an initial quote as wasn't sure what size space we needed and then booked a site visit to get a better idea of unit. We went with a bigger unit than we asked about. Site visit was remote with the off site employee as we looked at several units in the building. Luckily they had a bigger unit available to look at and rent. Promotion special made the monthly overall affordable for our estimated year long rental. Off site employee taking us thru the units for our site was friendly and helpful. Sonia who took care of the agreement sign up was also helpful with one of my questions regarding change of person-in-charge in the agreement. So far the experience with Restore has been good.

The price is reasonable, the environment is clean and beautiful, it's a 3-minute walk to the Fo Tan station, the location is very convenient, the customer service and staff are very helpful and willing to help customers solve problems, it's a very good experience, and a mini storage company with very high cost performance.

2. Mini Storage Pricing – “UFA or GFA?”
Mini storage is typically charged based on the usable floor area (“UFA”). However, some storage providers may list prices based on the gross floor area (“GFA”), with the actual UFA sometimes being less than 70% of the GFA. It is important to clarify the pricing basis early on and, if possible, measure the actual site to confirm the usable area.
3. Mini Storage Accessibility – “Customer parking available?”
