Sonia was very helpful - the whole experience was easy and stress free. Recommended 24/7 access to the storage - parking for cars 45mn free for customers showing the card. Access to bathroom inside storage place. Clean place with air conditioner.

1. Do I need to pay a deposit when renting the Quarry Bay / Taikoo mini storage?
We charge a deposit equivalent to one month’s standard monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded within one month after you vacate the unit, provided all move-out conditions are met. The deposit cannot be used to offset rent, transportation fees or any other charges.
2. What items are prohibited in the Quarry Bay / Taikoo mini storage?
To comply with the Fire Services Department’s safety requirements and international industry standards, dangerous goods (including drugs, corrosive or oxidising substances, flammable items, explosives, firearms, batteries and other prohibited goods), food (or other perishable items), illegal or disturbing items (such as ashes) are strictly prohibited in RESTORE’s storage facilities. 3. What is the minimum and maximum rental period for the Quarry Bay / Taikoo mini storage?
