Stored Goods Declaration
According to Section 6 of the HKSAR Dangerous Goods Ordinance:
“Except under and in accordance with a license granted under this Ordinance, no person shall manufacture, store, convey or use any dangerous goods.” Henceforth, all categories of materials below are expressly prohibited from the Facility Premises and Storage Units:
Category 1: Explosives and blasting agents
Category 2: Compressed gases
Category 3: Corrosive substances
Category 4: Poisonous substances
Category 5: Substances giving off inflammable vapour
Category 6: Substances which become dangerous by interaction with water
Category 7: Strong supporters of combustion
Category 8: Readily combustible substances
Category 9: Substances liable to spontaneous combustion
Category 9A: Combustible goods
Category 10: Other dangerous substances including refrigerants
Please note, 24-hour CCTV surveillance is in operation in the Facility Premises. The Licensor’s staff will conduct regular inspections using wide-angle cameras to verify that illegal or dangerous goods are not stored in the Facility Premises. If any were found, the Licensor’s staff will request relevant licensee(s) to remove such items from the Facility Premises promptly. If the Licensee(s) ignores the Licensor’s requests, the Licensor will inform relevant governments departments and is entitled to terminate the Licensing Agreement with immediate effect.

□ Clothing, shoes
□ Furniture, such as sofas, chairs and tables
□ Bed sheets, duvet, mattresses
□ Electronics, such as TVs, heaters, stereo
□ Books, photos
□ Other items
The Licensee declares that no dangerous and/or illegal goods as stated on this document will be stored in the Facility Premises. The Licensee fully understands any violations may result in criminal and civil liabilities and the Licensor reserves the right to hold the Licensee accountable for all damages and liabilities incurred as a result of any related incident. Relevant government departments may also take enforcement action in accordance with the law.The Licensor will strictly enforce fire safety regulations, and the Licensee’s cooperation and compliance is kindly requested.
